I decided to start this blog to write about my crazy and fun experiences up here in Missoula, MT. Enjoy!Rosahttp://www.blogger.com/profile/02306234663527154372noreply@blogger.comBlogger23125tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4097259448511296307.post-28503714043426175952011-06-19T03:42:00.003-06:002011-06-19T03:51:30.808-06:00Summer 2011 . . . so far!Hello blog world! It has been almost a year since I've blogged last, so I guess it's about time that I blog. Well, summer got off to a relaxing start since I had a week off before I started work at La Peak for the summer. Unfortunately they over-hired and I was asked to not come in after about two weeks of work. I wasn't offended, I completely understood because all I was doing was just standing around and wiping the same thing down about ten times. Luckily I am able to be on call for any of those who need time off, even though I am taking three summer session classes. I finished off my first class this past Friday, now I have to wait until July to start my next class. I will admit, I like being in school for the summer because otherwise I would have been sitting around doing nothing while my credit card bill grew. Other than school and the occasional work shift, nothing else interesting has happened. I will try to stay on top of my blogging, even though I know that I've promised that so many times, and keep this blog up to date.

XOXO,
RosaRosahttp://www.blogger.com/profile/02306234663527154372noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4097259448511296307.post-23793250223217681962010-08-10T11:45:00.002-06:002010-08-10T11:56:05.843-06:00A few more weeks!Wow, it has been some time since I wrote an entry. I've been so busy enjoying my summer with family and friends that I keep forgetting to write. Well, not much has happened. My intentions were to stay for two weeks back home to visit family, but I ended up staying three weeks. It was a great time! I hung out with my best friend from high school and then I was also able to see my best friend for life after he got done with his rafting trip. I have a lot of new clothes and some new books, which I love equally of course! When I got back to Missoula, it was nice to be home but I wasn't ready for the reality of school starting soon. Only 19 days left of freedom before school starts, yay! The weeks that I've been back in Missoula have been rather dull. But I kicked off this week by going to karaoke, me watching and Meaghan singing, and drinking for the first time in a month. My body was not use to alcohol, no hangover luckily but if I was to get hungover from two drinks I would be disappointed in myself. I might go to the fair this week, since I haven't been to one for four years, but I am also excited for this Thursday! My friend Bree and her girlfriend Megan are coming down to look at apartments, coincidentally they will be here for Dead Hipster as well. Then on Friday my bestie might be driving through, and we might go out dancing that night. Then Saturday is when one of my co-workers/friends moves into the apartment on the floor beneath me and we will go downtown to celebrate her birthday. It will be fun! I was lucky enough to be given the option to start work on August 25-August 27. I'm very happy about that! Well, food is calling my name! Have a great day blog world!

XOXO,
RosaRosahttp://www.blogger.com/profile/02306234663527154372noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4097259448511296307.post-65387089468326404222010-07-07T13:54:00.003-06:002010-07-07T14:08:04.055-06:00Summer!!!!Yay! Summer weather is now here, at least in Pocatello! Summer has been quite fun so far! A wedding and some World Cup action were the main ingredients for the fun. I watched as the U.S. (my number one team) lost to Ghana, I was sad that we didn't continue on but I don't know many people in the US that are soccer fans. My friends, Omar and Victor, had their commitment ceremony this past weekend. <img style="float:right; margin:0 0 10px 10px;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;width: 320px; height: 240px;" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjH41C3kqmMd1fLdK_l1o88zr6tbHi2qwFI9EA-RG1jYCB8h6zbheAxZTgrUWOMs-fPYcXFOUeAMWktSZluWRS5TAtm1oMGk_wwxzv3u9rjd5RwnA1dO5pfkuGItCVBS409wkaoBFvOOgh9/s320/MomOmarVictorMe.JPG" border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5491257424685268498" /> Their wedding was amazing and so gorgeous! Also, my mom FINALLY got my room repainted after eight years of waiting. We are also getting a bigger bed for my room.
Now, in World Cup news I am watching the semi-final game between Germany and Spain. Go Germany!!! Unfortunately Thomas Mueller is not playing today, since he received two consecutive yellow cards, which is not helping Germany against Spain who just scored a goal after 73 minutes. I'm hoping that Germany can perform a miracle and pull ahead to win the semi-final! The game doesn't look to good for Spain as of this moment. All I know is that Germany worked hard and played hard; also, if the ref would have called penalties on Spain they might not have scored. Time for me to go back to watch the game! Enjoy the summer!

XOXO,
RosaRosahttp://www.blogger.com/profile/02306234663527154372noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4097259448511296307.post-92128077095183791802010-06-25T10:07:00.002-06:002010-06-25T10:16:59.996-06:00DONE!!!Hello world! Summer session is officially over!!! I would be driving back to Pocatello at the moment, but I made a spur of the moment decision to drive the entire 5.5 hours home. I got in around 11 last night and woke up around 6 this morning to workout. I didn't do weights or anything, I just walked/ran. It was so nice today! This morning was amazing, so crisp and lovely. I keep forgetting that the residents of Pocatello are so nice! As I was running and/or walking I had probably three people say "Good morning" to me. It was really nice! I finished my two finals (class and lab) yesterday afternoon around 4 and drove home around 5:30. It was a long drive, but the two Red Bulls helped. I got my new ID this morning, now it proves that I'm 21 no more "Under 21" banner on the picture. I will say that the photo looks quite nice, it's pretty! My friend Maggie and I are going out on the town tonight, I am so ready! Hopefully Pocatello has some sort of bar scene, but I guess I'll see. Anything to help me relax after those finals! Now time to go grocery shopping with my dad, he's such a funny man! Have a great summer day world!

XOXO,
RosaRosahttp://www.blogger.com/profile/02306234663527154372noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4097259448511296307.post-37233805896609734902010-06-09T17:42:00.003-06:002010-06-09T17:51:39.144-06:00Isn't it suppose to be summer?Hello Internet world! It's been awhile since I've blogged and I will say that the title pretty much explains everything. I am currently towards the end of my third week of summer session, Astronomy is not as easy as I thought, and the weather doesn't seem to agree that it's summer. Since the beginning of summer session it's been raining and the only nice day we had was yesterday (Tuesday). But this is Montana, so I guess that I shouldn't expect much. Also, my midterm for my summer session is tomorrow so I have a study session later tonight. You would think that taking a midterm during a two hour period would be nice, because normally you are able to leave right after . . . wrong! After the midterm jump into new stuff, but I think that it's going to be just movies. I'm looking at this in the positive since, meaning that I will only have a couple more weeks until I am able to go back to Poky for a few weeks. It should be fun, especially since my best bud (Maggie) and I are both 21! It will be an amazing few weeks! Plus, my friends Victor and Omar are having their summer wedding the weekend after I get home. From what I hear, it will be spectacular! Also while I'm home, I'm going to see if I can squeeze some more things for my apartment out of my parents. Hopefully I can, my apartment is looking quite bare. Most of my friends up here in Missoula are either taking summer session or struggling to find work in this horrible economy. Anyways, it's time for me to get into my Astronomy mode so hopefully I will be motivated to go to the study session. Enjoy the rest of your week and have a lovely weekend!

XOXO,
RosaRosahttp://www.blogger.com/profile/02306234663527154372noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4097259448511296307.post-11656588686448550722010-05-17T23:48:00.002-06:002010-05-17T23:57:14.426-06:00SUMMER!!!!!It is now summer time . . . well it's been summer for me since last Wednesday! I hope I did well on my two finals and on the final work that I did for the other classes! I experienced my first Dead Hipster on Thursday night . . . yeah, that was crazy! I woke up with a mild hangover and a foggy memory of what happened. I now know that someone should take my phone away from me when I drink because otherwise I will wake up in the morning realizing that I drunk texted people that I didn't want to text. Crazy!!! This is my week off from school until my summer session class begins next Monday. Yay Astronomy 132!!!!! I will be helping two of my friends celebrate their 21st birthdays for the next two days and then help one of my friends move into the apartment building across from me. I'm SO excited! Plus, I get out of my apartment for some amount of time! After summer session I will be heading home for three weeks, and I can't wait! I can't wait to spend time with my best friends (Ben & Maggie)! My roommate, Ellen, moved out for the summer on Friday and it was difficult for me! I feel as if I have made another great friend and now that the semester has ended they are all leaving! My friend Scott FINALLY becomes legal in late June, but he will be in Hawaii (lucky guy) to celebrate! He's technically a senior in college credit wise, but he's only 17! He's a genius! I have so much to do before Tuesday night, maybe sleep will help me get started! That's all for now internet world!

XOXO,
RosaRosahttp://www.blogger.com/profile/02306234663527154372noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4097259448511296307.post-17984752926444255092010-05-07T17:34:00.002-06:002010-05-07T17:48:48.330-06:00Last Day of Spring Semester!!!!Yay! School is done! Oh wait, there are still finals! Dang it! Well, to everyone who has finished their last week of college (and those who only have finals left) congratulations! For some of you it has been a tough semester, for others it was probably easy as pie. I bet that many of you met new people and have some how grown up these past few months. I know that I have! I've learned so much about those who you can trust and those who you should just ignore. I've gotten use to weeding out my friends, but now I just let things into place. If someone doesn't like me, I don't let it get to me. If I don't like someone, I go on about my business and don't talk about said person because I don't have the energy to care. My last day of class was filled with evaluations and test reviews, very uneventful but very fun. Oh wait! My last day in Italian was quite fun filled! My friend Angie acted as the professor for the first couple minutes (of course BEFORE our actual professor arrived) and she gave a few of my classmates "detention". It was a fun last day in that class! Both of my Lit classes had evaluations as well, but not anything to exciting. I will say that I loved all my classes this past semester. Some were semi-easy, while others made me want to pull my hair out. As I sit here typing this, I really should be working on my final Intro to Lit essay. It's due by Tuesday night and it's only four pages (minimum), this should not be difficult but for some reason is. I have a page and a half done, I am hoping to reach two pages (maybe a little over two pages) today so that I only have to write two more tomorrow afternoon. Also, I am planning on going out tonight to some new club called The Underground. I also need to go grocery shopping sometime between getting my paper done and going downtown tonight. This will be the last blog of the school year, so I guess overloading it with a bunch of my rambling is okay. Hmmm . . . well, it appears that I have overstayed my welcome for today so I will be refocusing on my Lit paper. Good luck with your finals UM students and have an AMAZING summer!

XOXO
Rosa

PS: My finals week with start with a bang! 21st birthday this Sunday (Mother's Day)! I hope you remembered a card for your mom!Rosahttp://www.blogger.com/profile/02306234663527154372noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4097259448511296307.post-7002531392189076962010-04-25T20:10:00.002-06:002010-04-25T20:20:16.941-06:00Two weeks away!Hello world! Only two more weeks until finals and it feels as if professors are giving out extra assignments just to torture us poor college students. I finally finished my Brit Lit essay, and I am half way done with my Intro to Lit essay (after an extra week of staring at my computer screen doing nothing). I have an Italian test tomorrow which is hard to study for considering I need to type my essay. I guess that I shouldn't have put things off to the last minute, but I could not find a topic and/or thesis statement to save my life. Also, my birthday is the Sunday of finals week (which is also coincidentally Mother's Day as well). I might have a little get together on that Saturday to have a mini-celebration, but the Thursday of finals week (I'll be done with work and finals on that day) will be my BIG celebration! I am so excited! I will finally be 21! I am also stressing because my current roommate is moving out at the end of semester and reapplied to move back in with me . . . but we won't find out if we are rooming together for another couple of days. I don't want to get some random person, but she needs to know if she needs to look for another place or not. Well, I better be getting back to my essay. Motivation is not that easy to find.

XOXO,
RosaRosahttp://www.blogger.com/profile/02306234663527154372noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4097259448511296307.post-52393722675341160712010-04-16T09:47:00.002-06:002010-04-16T10:01:14.160-06:00Four-Day weekend with no motivation.Hello world! It has been a lovely four-day weekend in Missoula (well for some college students), but some reason I have not found motivation to write my two Lit essays (one six page and one four page). I have intro paragraphs for both, but I just can't find the motivation to finish them off. I took the extensions for both, but I know that I will be very busy the next week to get them done. I guess that wishing for school to become easier was no help! So far this four day weekend has been treating me well. I've gotten some well deserved sleep along with my interview with my Italian professor over with. I stumbled over every word during that interview! Hopefully today I will be able to hangout with one of my good friends and then this weekend MOVIES!!! I will continue to write a little each day until each essay is at the correct page length (having the extensions for both will hopefully help with this). Maybe I will spend today reading some of the new books that my dad got me during my Spring Break. Perhaps I will read "The Last Song" and then watch the movie AND then critic how crappy Miley's acting is. Have a good day/weekend! Enjoy the gorgeous weather!

XOXO,
RosaRosahttp://www.blogger.com/profile/02306234663527154372noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4097259448511296307.post-65479872635300911542010-04-04T14:08:00.002-06:002010-04-04T14:30:11.354-06:00Starting up again . . .Well Spring Break is coming to an end, which means that I need to make the last couple months of school extraordinary! I also want others to do the same! Live life to the fullest and focus on what's important in life (this hopefully includes school for some of you). Spring Break was fun, I wasn't able to hangout with most of my friends since they all had school (their Spring Break was the week before). While I spent most of my Spring Break sleeping, being on Facebook (I think I might be addicted :P), watching movies my mom, and eating a ton of yummy food I am now realizing that I am back in the real world. Classes start up again tomorrow and I feel unprepared for them, especially Italian and Creative Writing. I just hope that life might be a little bit easier, but I can't predict the future so I'm blind. Also, my two good friends that live in my mom's basement are getting married this summer! I am so excited! I actually bought a dress for the first time in five years! I will be taking Summer Session, but that will only last until June 25 which means I'm free to hangout with my friends back in Pocatello for (possibly) the remainder of the summer. I was able to hangout with my friend Meaghan on the Friday that I got back and we watched "Aladdin"; it was AMAZING! I also watched "Sherlock Holmes" with my friend Dawson at his dorm on campus; this was also fun! Saturday was spent hanging out with my awesome roomie and we started to watch the second season of "Bones" (thank you Heather for letting me borrow "Bones"); later that night I played Apples to Apples with my good friend Danielle, her roommate Sarah, and our mutual friend Scott. It was so much fun and the longest game of Apples to Apples that I have ever played! Today is Sunday and also Easter, meaning that I have a few hours to work my butt off and do homework! Enjoy the remaining of your weekend blog world!

XOXO,
RosaRosahttp://www.blogger.com/profile/02306234663527154372noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4097259448511296307.post-85678604023934847832010-02-25T17:41:00.003-07:002010-02-25T17:54:10.449-07:00End of another week . . . well, almost.Hello again world! I deposited my settlement check this afternoon and it seems that this day is going my way! I'm feeling more confident when it comes to my Italian class (I don't feel that I'm pronouncing things wrong anymore) and I feel more focused on homework. Unfortunately I am sick, I have a stuffy/runny nose and a sore throat; no more headache though. I'm having another movie night this Saturday, and hopefully more people show up this time. I also had a GREAT workout at the gym today as well! I feel amazing!!! Also, work seems to be going well even though I do want to get out of food service and into some kind of retail. Also, I've been going to the gym every Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday (unless I'm really hurting or sick) and I feel great. I'm happy that I am finally sticking to something. That stair stepper does kick my butt however! Hopefully things keep looking up and I can kick this cold in the butt!

XOXO,
RosaRosahttp://www.blogger.com/profile/02306234663527154372noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4097259448511296307.post-53992510732934221432010-02-21T18:58:00.002-07:002010-02-21T19:11:04.561-07:00Spring 2010 . . . so far!Hello world!

It's been about six months since I last updated this, and a lot has happened. It is now Spring Semester at UM and classes are to be expected; difficult with the possibility of becoming easier. Kelsey and Lacey didn't end up finding an apartment, bad judgment on both parts. Both of them are now living on campus; well Lacey is living on campus, while Kelsey is smooching off of her boyfriend. I've meet some interesting characters last semester and I am happy to say that I am still friends with most of them. I have a new roommate since Sean moved out because of financial difficulties, he now lives in the Kappa Sigma frat house. My new roommate is pretty awesome, she's from Maryland and she seems to be getting along with my friends really well. When I was in the car accident in July, it looked like the guy wouldn't be paying anytime soon and I was right. I am barely getting a settlement check THIS week when the accident happened seven months ago. But I am happy to be getting my $2,300 settlement check, I deserve it! Unfortunately I am feeling a little under the weather; I got a sore throat and a headache. This doesn't help considering I have tests this week and most likely a whole ton of homework. My friend Beth and I aren't speaking anymore because she is mad at me for sending in a Suicide Referral Form after a movie night where she talked more about suicide and cutting herself. I, however, was not the only person who did because at least three other people turned in forms the same day I did. Well, that's all that I can think of for now. I will try to keep you posted more often this time!

XOXO
RosaRosahttp://www.blogger.com/profile/02306234663527154372noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4097259448511296307.post-42635616568910013792009-08-19T08:31:00.002-06:002009-08-19T08:46:04.009-06:00Back HomeBeing back home in Missoula is nice, but I did come back to my apartment and start cleaning (it was slightly messy when I got home). I also didn't want to unpack any of my stuff since I'm going to be moving into my new apartment with Sean within a few days. Today started around 5:15 this morning when Kelsey needed back into the apartment (she didn't take the key) and we talked for a few minutes and then went to bed. I was awoken about two hours after that when Kelsey got a text from work saying that she needed to be into work ASAP. So I took her to work, her bike had a flat tire, and I decided to not go back to bed when I got back to my apartment. I'm currently re-watching "The Big Bang Theory" at the moment but I will later be getting ready to go look at Kelsey and Lacey's possible new apartment. They are going to have so much fun in their apartment, but I am also looking forward to living with Sean (as long as he hopefully gets re-instated). I went with Victor and Omar to see G.I. JOE: RISE OF THE COBRA, it was AWESOME! I loved the movie and Channing Tatum was quite yummy. I just want school to start so I don't have to sit around doing nothing. I would normally go to the gym but I can't until fall semester when I pay the recreation fee. Well, that's all for now!

XOXO,
RosaRosahttp://www.blogger.com/profile/02306234663527154372noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4097259448511296307.post-49319988131417928652009-08-16T18:31:00.003-06:002009-08-19T08:17:50.967-06:00Getting Ready for School to StartWell school is 15 days and I am semi-ready to go back. I have all of my school books and back-to-school needs. I'm currently back home in Pocatello until Tuesday afternoon and it's been great to be home. I'm really going to miss my parents and my good friends that I have here. I am going to go to see G.I. JOE: RISE OF THE COBRA with my friends Victor and Omar, which I have been wanting to see (Channing Tatum is SO hot). Kelsey is still living with me, which is great to have someone stay with me so I don't feel too much like a loner, but I'm moving in with Sean sometime this week (Roger ended up moving out this weekend instead of next weekend). Maggie and I were able to hangout this past week along with her brothers and Sean, it was awesome! I've missed SO much! Well I will write more later but I'm being rushed to go see a movie in the next twenty minutes. More later!

XOXO,
RosaRosahttp://www.blogger.com/profile/02306234663527154372noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4097259448511296307.post-7755360029329901452009-07-28T23:48:00.004-06:002009-08-16T18:31:08.375-06:00Wow, a long time has past!Hello everyone! I haven't written a new blog in almost five months! Lots has happened since March, especially school and living situations. I was planning on living with this girl I've known since freshmen year for this summer and the academic year, well things didn't work out as planned (she was anal about everything) so she moved out and my friend Kelsey moved in . . . well, temporarily. Kelsey was kicked out of her old apartment by her dick of an ex-fiance Ty. So she packed everything into her car, my car, and my storage unit. About a week or so after she was staying with me we got into a car accident that involved five other cars. Her car is totaled and now the rest of her stuff is in my car. Car accidents suck! I'm still a little nervous driving my car around but I hope that everything will be okay. I'm going to visit my parents sometime next week since I haven't been home since mid-May. Kelsey is staying with me until she can find a new apartment, it's really nice to have someone else staying here other than myself, but I am then moving around August 21st into the apartment across from me with my new friend Sean. He's really cool and super nice. He saw and heard about the problems that I had with my last roommate so we have talked things out about different apartment things. I've been working at the Food Zoo for the remainder of the summer and will continue working through Fall semester; I will also be working at the Country Store. A total of 15 hours a week, woot! Not much else has happened other than me getting a new number and a new apartment-mate. Now I'm signing out!

XOXO,
RosaRosahttp://www.blogger.com/profile/02306234663527154372noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4097259448511296307.post-38554817020337607672009-03-05T11:28:00.002-07:002009-03-05T11:39:53.077-07:00Only Two Months Left!!!Hello everyone! It is March 5 and a rather crisp day in Missoula, MT. I heard that it's suppose to snow this weekend so I guess I should be ready to freeze some more. Also remember, for those of you who attend UM, that Monday, May 11, 2009 is the start of finals week! I can't believe that we almost have two months left of the spring semester, scary! I only have three finals that week so hopefully my week will go by quickly. The nearing of finals week also means that it will soon be time for me to make my move from Pocatello, ID to Missoula, MT into the apartments at Lewis & Clark Villages (well, I'm hoping that I get in). I also might be getting two tattoos today, but my tattoo artist might be all filled up. Keep your fingers crossed! My friend Kelsey is getting her tattoo done today at four, the lucky duck. I also worked out this morning, cycling does the body good but you will "feel the burn" for the rest of the weekend. My quads are still killing me, ouch! Well, that's all I can think of writing for the moment. I have a History discussion group to go to so I will try and write more later.

XOXO,
RosaRosahttp://www.blogger.com/profile/02306234663527154372noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4097259448511296307.post-22366524981051298882009-01-24T11:47:00.002-07:002009-01-24T11:56:41.620-07:00Finally back in the Zoo!Hey everyone! I am back in Missoula and I am so happy to be back. Both of my awesome roommates are moved back in and I am so happy to see them. I am ready/not ready to start classes on Monday. I am ready to see how my classes will go and how my teachers will be. I am also excited to start work again, I'll be working 13 hours at the Cascade Country Store, because I will need some spending money and money to pay my credit card/cellphone bill. I'm also excited to go see "Wicked" in Portland, OR in late March/early April with Katie and Amber. I am also attempting to write to different "books", which are short stories at the moment, but I will probably take a break from writing those to focus on school work and regular work instead of writing; I really need to focus on getting a better GPA this Spring. Well, I am going to go back to being lazy until Monday. Have a great rest of your weekend!

XOXO,
RosaRosahttp://www.blogger.com/profile/02306234663527154372noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4097259448511296307.post-42321575854365760352009-01-19T14:52:00.002-07:002009-01-19T14:58:58.365-07:00Second Semester!Welcome everyone! This is my first blog in the new year. I hope that everyone had a great Christmas and a safe New Years. January 26, 2009 means the start of a new semester for everyone who is attending the University of Montana and I will say that I am SO pumped for this semester. I am ready for the new classes that I'm taking, working 13 hours at the Cascade Country Store, and spending more time with my friends (especially when I go see "Wicked" with Katie and Amber.) I have been ready to go back to Missoula about a week after Christmas. I have missed everyone and I am really happy that I will be back in three days. And just a tip for all of those students who are going to buy their school books soon, double (possibly triple) check the section of the class that you're taking so that you buy the correct books instead of buying books that aren't need. Have a great rest of the week!

XOXO,
RosaRosahttp://www.blogger.com/profile/02306234663527154372noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4097259448511296307.post-83570261920375530772008-11-14T17:53:00.004-07:002008-11-14T18:03:17.742-07:00Relationships, or is it Relationshits?Oh relationships! You feel lucky when you're in one but you also have those crappy points when you fight or just don't like each other anymore. I see a couples who have broken up who should be together and stay together, but there are also those couples who I see together who should just end their relationship. I like to see opposites attract, but not TOO opposite. I do admit that I am secretly jealous of those couples who are just too adorable and make me want to puke . . . hey, everyone deserves a happy ending. I also see couples who are dealing with the long distance thing and I think that it's awesome that they are keeping their relationships strong. But I knew this one girl who lived about three or so hours away from home and was homesick 24/7. She was homesick enough to have her boyfriend drive up to visit her almost every single weekend or she would drive home to see him. When a boyfriend interferes with your college life like that, I say end it. I mean come on, he's only three hours away and you can call him and he will most likely answer the phone when he sees that it's you that's calling him. But all I'm trying to get out is that some people should be in a relationship or they are in a relationshit.

XOXO,
Rosa

PS: The construction for the new Native American Building has started. I hate construction and especially for this building. I have nothing against Native Americans, but they already have a building (well kind of it's a house) and the building is taking away most of the Oval (which is full on bullshit). If they build a Native American building, where is the Peruvian Building or Caucasian Building or African-American building? Just thought that I would ask.Rosahttp://www.blogger.com/profile/02306234663527154372noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4097259448511296307.post-3773180432193036602008-11-13T19:56:00.002-07:002008-11-13T20:10:22.566-07:00Oh so the busy week comes to an end. . . finally. This week has been hell! Too many things due and so much to still work on. I have a Research paper for English due on Monday and it has to be 2,000 to 3,000 words and I only have a little over 1,500 words. So stressful! I don't like have to research, but it is nice to learn something new about the topic that I'm working on. I also had a Photojournalism assignment, that was overly stressful, due that I was VERY nervous about. But I have also had two pretty decent grades on the last two assignments that I turned it, thank goodness. I also had a History test last Friday (okay), an Economics test (God kill me now) last Friday as well, and I also had a Physical Geography test (blah) this Wednesday. I hate tests and they always screw over my grade. I'm only good with assignments and extra credit things, not test. Why can't college be easy for once in my life?
There is also a football game this weekend. It's UM vs. ISU and I am hoping that UM can crush ISU, even though ISU is 0-6 in the Big Sky Conference and 0-10 overall. I'm really excited to go to another game with Lacey, I think that it's her third game for her entire college career, and we're meeting up with Kelsey and a few of her friends as well. I am really excite. Oh! Kelsey also wants to get Cat/Griz tickets at NINE IN THE MORNING!!! Tickets go on sale at six that evening and she wants to get in line early so that we can insure that we get tickets. Wow, a lot of stuff has happened this week. Oh joy! Well, I think that all of this is enough for one day.

XOXO,
RosaRosahttp://www.blogger.com/profile/02306234663527154372noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4097259448511296307.post-26320801309444653482008-11-04T22:11:00.003-07:002008-11-04T22:22:29.832-07:00Congratulations President Barack ObamaBarack Obama is the new president of the United States of America. He will be sworn in on January 20, 2009 along with Senator Joseph Biden. Obama won Ohio, which is the state that many Republicans can't win without, and Virginia. I am proud to say that I voted for Obama and I am happy that I voted for change. America needs change and he will bring us change. You can go on any news website and find articles on this historic election. If I was to post links to the articles I think that there might be too many links. Senator McCain also called to congratulate Obama along with our current president, George W. Bush. To everyone that voted either Republican or Democrat, thank you for voting because this would have been a historic election no matter who won. I was on Facebook practically all day today and yesterday and I can tell you that I am sick of people belittling me for who I chose for president or saying that I'm not educated enough about the war to talk about it. Now all we can do as Americans is wait to see what change will be brought to us this next year. Good night and good luck.Rosahttp://www.blogger.com/profile/02306234663527154372noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4097259448511296307.post-6657266022881843492008-10-29T11:06:00.000-06:002008-10-29T11:30:48.234-06:00Tuesday, November 4, 2008I hope that everyone remembers to go out and vote on that day. Every vote counts and I really want to see who comes out with a victory. No matter who wins, this will be a landmark election. The United States of America will either be getting the first African-American president or the first woman vice president. In so many other countries there are women vice presidents, but why not in America? I am personally rooting for Barack Obama, but I am a woman who would have been ecstatic to see a woman as president. But let's not get into an argument over which political party is better or who would run this country better, but we should remember that we have the choice in who our next president is going to be. We shouldn't let the SNL jokes or anything else decide who we want as president because it is our choice. Go vote!

Rosahttp://www.blogger.com/profile/02306234663527154372noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4097259448511296307.post-76139885325376788812008-10-29T10:59:00.002-06:002008-11-13T19:56:08.812-07:00Welcome!Welcome news readers! I might be ranting at points, but I will be talking about how my life is and also some things that I find newsworthy. I hope you enjoy! Have fun.

XOXO,
RosaRosahttp://www.blogger.com/profile/02306234663527154372noreply@blogger.com0
